About the Projects
We work with international partners on products that combine the stability of large-scale systems with the agility of startups.
Our frontend stack is modern and clean – React, TypeScript, Redux – and we integrate with Kotlin/Java backends using Spring Boot.
No clunky internal CRMs. No pointless dashboards. Just meaningful, well-structured work.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and designing new features in live frontend products.
- Ensuring code quality and user-centric experiences.
- Participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Collaborating closely with backend developers and the wider project team.
- Occasionally (up to 20% of the time) working on backend-related tasks if you're up for it (Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot).
What We’d Like You to Bring
- At least 6 years of experience in web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to AWS and cloud development environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Comfortable communication skills in both Polish and English.
Nice to Have
- Basic experience with Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Interest or experience in automation and DevOps practices.
